Features of the electric bar-annealing furnace
The electric bar-annealing furnace can process 500 kg of bars per hour through four main processing stages which involve the material’s loading, heating and successive cooling. Eure Inox introduced this system in 2017, reconfirming the choice to supply it by electricity and thus underlining its commitment to sustainability. The furnace ensures temperature uniformity and guarantees an excellent quality output. The furnace can reach a maximum temperature of 1,100° C.

Material loading
The first stage is material loading through a special pallet. It is important to underline that the furnace can load a wide range of bar diameters for the annealing process. The loadable diameters range from 6 to 40 mm.

Caricamento del materiale
La prima fase è quella del caricamento del materiale, attraverso apposito pallet. Una cosa importante da sottolineare è la capacità del forno di caricare un’ampia gamma di diametri per le barre da sottoporre al processo di ricottura. I diametri caricabili vanno da 6 a 25 mm.

Material heating
The second stage is that of controlled heating for the material annealing through a system of electric resistances which can precisely control the heating ramp and the maintenance temperature. This allows to ensure the achievement of the correct grain size. Maintenance time can be checked with precision by an automatic feeding system.

Material cooling
Cooling occurs, as heating, at controlled temperatures. This is very important to avoid the formation of internal constituents in the material which can have negative effects on the quality of the end product.

La salatura agevola la successiva operazione di trafilatura ed evita l’insorgere di difetti durante la riduzione di sezione.

Bars unloading
Once the manufacturing process is completed, the bars are automatically unloaded.
