This reforestation project is driven by a reward-based system: for every ton of material collected by our clients, points are accumulated, ultimately leading to the planting of new trees. Sustainability Vacuum Evaporator
Enhancing sustainability in manufacturing requires a critical look at processes and the ability to seize opportunities for improvement. At Eure Inox, we embrace innovation as a driver of efficiency and environmental responsibility—evident in our adoption of the IWE (Industrial Water Evaporators) vacuum evaporator.
Installed in 2024, this state-of-the-art system purifies the rinse water used in our furnaces, extracting insoluble residues and reintegrating purified water into the production cycle. Combining vacuum evaporation, advanced heat exchangers, and heat pumps, the system delivers multiple advantages: it generates demineralized water, concentrates waste for more efficient disposal, and operates with minimal energy consumption.
This investment underscores our belief that sustainability and business efficiency go hand in hand. By reducing waste disposal and maintenance costs while enhancing the quality of treated wire through purified water, we continue to set new standards for responsible manufacturing.
Sustainability Photovoltaic System
At Eure Inox, we recognize that energy consumption is a key factor in environmental impact. That’s why, since 2020, our photovoltaic system has been an integral part of our sustainability strategy. Spanning an area of 12,000 m², it generates 2 GWh of clean energy annually. An expansion in 2022 enabled us to cover 40% of our total energy needs through solar power—an inexhaustible, sustainable, and cost-free resource.
This strategic shift allows us to power essential production processes, including our electric furnaces, with renewable energy. It has also enabled us to achieve greater self-sufficiency in nitrogen and hydrogen production, eliminating the need for traditional, acid-based pickling methods.
Every kilowatt-hour we produce represents a step towards a more sustainable future, fully aligned with our long-term vision.

Sustainability Corporate Initiatives

We have installed water dispensers throughout our facilities and provided all employees with personalized, reusable water bottles to reduce plastic waste. Additionally, we are transitioning towards a paperless environment by prioritizing digital document sharing and management. Our advanced IT systems allow us to streamline numerous operations, integrating real-time data from our production lines and measuring instruments directly into our management software.
To ensure continuous progress, we have also begun tracking key environmental performance indicators—laying the foundation for a future corporate sustainability report. This initiative reflects our commitment to transparency, accountability, and ongoing improvement.
