In perfect alignment with the values we uphold, we were honored and grateful to welcome the Archbishop of Milan, Monsignor Mario Delpini, to our headquarters this past April 30. It was a meaningful moment—not only because of the importance of the visit, but for the profound message it conveyed: an opportunity to reflect together on the true meaning of work, its dignity, and its central role in building the future.
